Are you items original and new?

Please note all our items are 100% original and new. We only source our products from official Brand distributors.

Do you provide warranty for your items?

Yes, all our items come with a 2 year warranty.

How do I make use of the warranty?

You may take your defective device along with your invoice to the closest distributor to you. Alternatively, you may contact us and we will arrange for your defective device to be collected from you. Once it arrives with us, we will inspect it and we will proceed to refund/replace/ or fix the device for you. This process may take up to 21 working days.

I bought the IPL but it is not suitable for my skin tone?

Unfortunately, IPL technology is not suitable for dark colored skin, it is your responsibility to make sure that the IPL is suitable for your skin tone. If the device is working well but is not suitable with your skin color then we are unable to issue a return or refund.

Where do you deliver to?

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for all our items

Do you have cash/card on delivery?

Yes, we accept payments via cash or bank card upon delivery of your order.

What other charges do you charge?

Our advertised prices are inclusive of all charges. You will not be charged any extra for delivery fees, import duties, VAT, or COD fees. You will only pay the price of the device.

Who will pay the import duties and VAT?

All charges will be borne by BeautySook

How many days for delivery?

Delivery is within 2-5 working days to KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
For UAE we can offer same day delivery to some locations, please contact customer service for more information.

Do you sell bulk quantities?

Can I pay via bank transfer or credit card before delivery?

Payment via bank transfer is not available. You may pay via credit card online before delivery via the Aramex application. This can only be done once your order has arrived in the delivery country.

What courier company do you use?

SMSA Express and Aramex

When will you have a sale?

We do not know when we will have sale beforehand. We also do not know how long sales will last for.

How can I track my package?

We will send your tracking details via email or SMS.

How will I receive my invoice?

We will send your invoice via email after payment has been made.

Is it suitable with the electricity in my country?

All our IPLs are suitable for voltages ranging from 100-240 V. They are compatible with electric supply in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
