Orders are dispatched Saturday to Thursday usually within a few hours of receiving the order but it can take up to 1-2 working days in case of busy sales period or incorrect address information. UAE Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed although we try our best to make sure the customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
Tracking is provided as soon as the parcel is shipped.

UAE Delivery takes 1-2 Working Days and Rest of World Delivery takes 2-4 Working Days Approx. The above are approximate times and are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped by SMSA Express or Aramex depending on Weight & Value. All orders are 100% INSURED before being shipped.
